Why did MGC Pharma divest itself of its cannabis business?
This was part of the vision that has allowed MGC to launch, and divest itself of, both a Cannabis Cosmetic company (MGC Derma) and a Lifestyle Company (MGC Nutra), which were both crucial building blocks to centralizing the company’s pharma vision and activities.

They're a wealth and IP transfer tool for the BOD and their associates.

They'll tell you they are anything you want them to be if you're willing to assist funding their lifestyles for a bit longer.

That's never changed and has always been the case
