Mate I've found that when companies get good news whether it's take over or whatever, the traders come. The price is pumped and new investors want into the band wagon, they buy high, the traders sell high and then price drops. This vet thing happened to me!!! Ams here I am. Haha but nativity aside, it's my fault. But that's my opinion and experience. This little Ann might start this process again.
