Guys... It says "underwritten with Floor Price" of NZ$0.67/share. Should this not mean that if there's a huge pent up demand for institutional investors, that can push the price up a bit in terms of what they'll have to pay for? In any case, it's not a steep discount and it's a very good move.
Note that the people who will want to get A2M shares in lots directly from the market will push up the share price a lot. So, there won't be much impact on the share price I believe.
