My way of interpreting it is that $0.67 is the worst case outcome and like you have pointed out it could go higher. Even at the worst case senario it isnt actually that bad. I wouldnt be suprised to see the actual price $0.69 maybe even $0.70 especially if someone can obtain a signficant interest e.g. those other interested take over parties from China
