I tend to agree, but I will note that DB has had experience turning around struggling brands. He did well with Pacific Brands in particular. And in his last role he did too - which is why they targeted him. I don't believe having experience in dairy products alone is paramount, as long as they can run the business effectively. I'm just a little surprised at how much he built up the strategy day yet failed to deliver something clear and meaningful. Judging by the market reaction they agree.
