Too little too late IMO. It seems that a2m has actually had no idea how much was being sold through the daigou channel and now that it's dried up all their other channels are failing.
They should have been going hard into digital and eCommerce and formalizing this daigou channel back in 2019 when they had millions upon millions just sitting on the balance sheet doing nothing. Instead, they have rested on Chinese students doing their work for them. Chickens have come home to roost.
Sinking ship and no way management has the capability to turn this around. Also, Chief people officer? WTF kind of waste of money is that
