May i point out the glaring error in your message - it is that the Class Action will proceed even if shareholders opt out - and by doing so they will never receive any compensation.
Staying in the class action does not cost anything - hence, in my opinion, it would be entirely futile to opt out as nothing can be gained by doing so.
