Hello Bossmans,
Hypothetically, if SG won the case there would be an X amount A2M would have to pay.
About 30% of that payment would go to shareholders who were in the class action, the rest would go to SG.
The market at the moment is trying to price in what the consequence of successful claim against A2M might be.
