1.Class action only benefit those people who are seeking Justice (e.g boot out David) or shorting. If any board members gets fired, SP will have to go down because insiders/shareholders will only sell out
2. US/China demanding more infant formula BUT the supply isn't going to meet the demand in short term, Why? Just ask seeking answers to these questions. How much has shipment fee has going up recently? How long has shipment being delayed and holding up in the sea? Why recently big building/construction company going belly up?
3. SP is hitting the support and bouncing back from the bottom. happens to most indices. The question is are we reach the bottom yet?
