Not sure who would be left to join this. I'd assume most would have signed up to one of the first two. Obviously you can only participate in one.
Recent reporting stated that there were 1,900 shareholders participating in the Shine / SGH class action. That in itself was substantially smaller than the Bellamy's one a few years back.
