I think they are a good deal further on than project development. If you think about how quickly Alexicool was developed and taken to market it is breathtaking. Assuming that the sales funnel is as large as it is, and I am prepared to assume it is so, we are actually just waiting for that funnel to start discharging its wealth.
One thing I've always felt as I watched the development of the business over the last few years was that nick did understand the shifts that are needed. Take Dirk - he has been given more and more responsibility which allows Nick to focus less and less on the internal issues and more on the strategy and external focus.
I suspect the change is just a period of readjustment on a whole lot of fronts including the styles and relationships between board and shareholders. I'm confident it will be fine
