"As per the annual report Rezos's pay packet went from 307,000 to 830,000. Nicholas Clark's pay packet went from 582,000 to 1.38 million! Yet during the same timeframe Bob Brookings pay went from 196,000 to 210,000. Dirk's went from 190,000 to 233,000. Seems to me that the board and management only want to reward the senior executives, not the real work horses. Seems like avarice to me. "


Really is there any need for an Executive Chairman , just put in place a Non Executive Chairman , Gavin seems an intelligent logical person , and would realize it would be in the company's fiscal interests if AJX had a remit to replace his Executive position with a Non Executive Chairman for say $150 K a year as it would save the company over $500K a year in remuneration.
He should be welcomed to apply for the position with other applicants ,however maybe the non executive chairman could be the woman board member they need for a bit of diversity ?
