Once the financing is sorted out , hopefully with Thai banks, the market will bid the stock upto $3 +since the market is forward looking when bullish. Keith Goodes old NPV valuations come in around $8 after adjusting for current SOI. despite the record gold price the GDXJ is now around $35 compared to $65 in Sept 20 .due to the beaten down market cap of KCN I am calling for it to outperform the GDXJ by at least twice so assuming we just started another bull market in gold equities , maybe the mother of all gold equity bulls , then price targets over $10 in a couple of years with annual dividends of 20 to 30c are realistic .
I have invested in and traded many gold stocks over 20 years but KCN remains my favourite due to exploration upside and the current operating enviroment.
