The new OBM team are doing an admirable job turning this ship around however even the most established miners are having trouble generating FCF in these tough times.
11 million in net cash won't go very far.
The FID will give us an idea of how much cash will be needed to further drill out the Riverina Underground reserve, dig out the portal, decline, ventilation etc.
This will not come cheap.
Hopefully the payback time will come in well below 18 months after the commencement of mining.
Either way if they can process +4gt ore @ a 50k per month run rate for four plus years then OBM will become a highly profitable operation.
