Not ignored at all, it's a bummer our major SH was able to buy 3% off market recently at significant discount when this should have created demand for the stock if they had to buy on market.

If Delphi want the SP to increase they should play fair and buy on market like anyone else.

So the demand is definately there it's just the register is so tight now with instos owning 70% plus it doesn't give other instos alot of room to come in as not enough retail sellers to hand over shares cheaply. Look at the market depth and you can see this easily.

Ask yourself a question, why are the instos on our register buying everything they can and haven't sold??
