Agreed you can't single out one result/dividend but a lower take-out means more in the pool for dividends. In this case, if this selection was relatively overbet on GT the majority of the other runners (if not all) would have been paying significantly more than the other TABs. A Tote is pretty simple and, in general, prices must be longer if less money is being deducted from the available prize pool.
