Looks like a very good acquisition, at a decent price and a solid fit for the overall make up and profitability of the business.
It helps created a bit of a closed loop on the candidate journey as well, where the training leads to employment, which would surely be attractive to candidates and employers alike.
Has taken a bit long to announce and raise funds, would have been better if they could announce and make some noise when more of the market were actually in the office, but gives those paying attention a chance to get involved while others are enjoying themselves.
