You get backers, you raise the share price to a decent cap. Say 25m. Then you raise 5m . Go on your acquisition spree, get the cap to 50 m , raise more money. Buy again



get revenue up to +100m and sell out or live off the gravy as all the small funds suck up to you


it aint hard. Every other industry has had a go.
