A key paragraph that stood out for me:

Growth in the staffing and workforce management industry is being driven by workforce demand for more flexibility in working hours as well as employers becoming more sophisticated around the management of their staff. This is particularly the case in IT, where technology has allowed a lot of projects to be done remotely and on an ad-hoc basis.

It would be good to see if GO2 can help their mining clients in other areas of their businesses, which could help them build out capability in the IT space, which as the analyst notes can often be done remotely. GO2 could even leverage networks like Freelancer to find capable staff from all over the world.....possibilities are endless particularly in the IT space.
