This company only went on the ASX so both Bergen and James Gong can make a profit out of the shareholders expense. Along the way they convinced other businesses the same thing. All the subsidiary founders have left after fsvourable sales terms.
if they were a private company the board would of been fired within 3 months. Instead they're getting crazy amounts of remuneration for a company with bad cashflow
ASX needs to investigate the history of this company
