I have no time for labour in politics buy Kim Beazley kept his integrity in tact right through his political career. I think this is a good appointment and i understand commentary around low strike price. But another way to look at it is when they convert, if the price is high they need to sell to fund it and can hit the share price hard. A low price can help keep the share price smooth. The behind the scenes push to get remlplir to market is coming through like an express train now. Wont be able to stop it soon
