yes options are way too low and way too long. But it seems that is the way for the companies on the ASX, even the good ones. BOD and exec payments are totally out of kilter especially when companies are still unprofitable. Selfishly I just hope the options become well and truly in the money his year!. Remplir approval and commercial deal in the USA should be the catalysts.
