CNNC still owns 25% of Langer Heinrich. They never got out of bed. They have an offtake agreement for 25% of the production at the spot price.
If CNNC doesn't fund 25% of LH construction they also pay penalty interest on what was their portion of the startup build at around 7-8%pa if my memory serves me right.
