Referring to my screen shot above, the word that caught my eye was
"There are no CURRENT legal proceedings challenging this aspect of the project."
"Current" feels like a weasel word, there to provide ambiguity, rather than certainty.
Apart from the government, where could any other legal challenges come from? All other permitting, community and environmental studies have been completed and approved.
Could there be a concern that Codelco may continue the bullshit?
