a takeover may not be likely considering the Socialist Govt and the NLP, Codelco trying to circumvent the law and the prospect of having to partner Codelco on new Lithium proposals. It's not going to end well for Chile ... even SQM and ALB want to diversify elsewhere.
Even so, LPI have gone to a great deal of trouble to create LPI/MSB as 100% owner with the only project that is fully permitted and waiting only on a funding deal. Then the board presents us with a long delay which will only erode the SP. Could they set it up any better for a takeover?
