Amigo, I think I heard Brett Smith say in one of theorinterviews that it is easier fro CZN to drill in the winter though it is possible drill all year round. My interpretation was that the frozen water was easier to drill than having to de-water drill sites in the warmer times. (But I have never been to Canada and could be wrong.)
