Do yourselves a favour and have a look at the crown area on a satellite map. Houses and Subdivisions everywhere, plus the area is part of the brockman river catchment, plus it adjoins the Chittering Valley Tourist route.
Land access and good drilling results mean nothing long term if they never get approval to mine it.
Chalice doesn't have those issues.
Could still be a few good bags to be made along the way in a pump but don't fall in love.
