if the casino is to operate “ according to the books and obey the law 100%”, then I suspect many Asian high rollers will not come…. Relying simply on local gamblers and tourists

why do you think these high rollers gambling millions in the casino …. I mean they are not that stupid…. There are loopholes for money laundering….. tax evasion and criminal activities….. closing all these loopholes will simply drive the business elsewhere
