Interesting perspective on the IMU oppies. The SHs seem to focus on the fact that they bring in cash in 3 years.
The IMU deal - could they have bought the entire company if they paid a bit more than they negotiated? If this such an amazing asset why didn’t the company didn’t take the drug forward then sell it? Is it the combo with the IMU that makes it more valuable than it would otherwise have been?
