Mr Cod im not sure its legislated.. we have had increases in a service to our company YoY (4 years in a row) of over 100% each year and way beyond anything reasonable.. we had no recourse ... the company just gave reasons for why the price had gone up so much (ie. added features and bull crap like that) and they got away scott free..

If the customer needs it (like we do) then they just pay up ... does not do any good for the business relationship and when an alternative comes along you can bet we will move to it but for now there isn't one so we.. just pay up !

Million dollar question is.. do you sacrifice $$ for a good business relationship that could see Anteo lean on Ellume's massive manufacturing capabilities in the future... time will tell... but like some other on here i suspect, while the deal will be better, it wont be a company maker.. it will just set a nice base in place to probably cover existing costs allowing all future sales to be basically be cream on the top..
