Agree, for Theta to achieve such favourable terms in the current debt markets is really outstanding. Stream funding is much easier to manage for producers as they only pay a percentage of production. Much better than pure debt or gold repayment loans which and send company's under quickly. To have secured Sprott is also a big win for TGM.
