One of the most sensible views i've seen on HC for awhile.
100% spot on. especially in the current market.
There is no Plan B, without a significant market re-rate TGM has no choice but to continue down this path.
the financial metrics in the DFS are good enough to provide a buffer to some minor fck ups.
Would be a good buy once they get to a point there the capex works have been tendered and committed and there are no capex blowouts.
