Sprott is huge, the deal terms seems very reasonable, this is much better than conventional senior debts which would be a cashflow/covenant nightmare for the Company. Looks like all their dealings with North American investors are finally paying off.
This removes the funding overhang. Great to have Sprott Group onboard.
