Getting funding in current conditions was never going to be cheap or easy.
This is a superior pathway to continuing to do CRs making the sp tank every time.
Now there is a clear path within defined parameters, rather than just hoping that we can muddle our way through to the end.
Certainty is a valuable commodity and I have the impression Mr Market sees it the same way.
