only to save their own asses of course, not for the retail investor
no i dont work for SD.. but fact of the matter is.. if they hadnt bought in FML 8 years ago then FML would be in a way worse position today

im criticising the bid on two points.. one there are no synergies, two its extremely low brow, its half the value of previously rejected offers, and my point of highlighting SD support is to demonstrate that their backs arent to the wall to accept any old offer that is more like a liquidators sale
