Clear for sentinel pass yesterday. Lot of aircore activity to report with some that I missed from earlier (6-11/8). Very wide spread with the rig reaching Emily over the last 5 days to do the 200 and 400m step outs west from the high grade zone along the line with hole EAL098.

Interpretive work so DYOR. Should be reasonable but some errors and omissions are likely.

Regional to a focus on Emily area.


Aircore drilling spotted in areas 1-4 (1 is Emily just off the image).
Rationale for drilling?
1- Emily step out.
2 Testing the Endurance fault is likely. Suspect Macklin is on the back burner for the time being. Spacings generally 160m but the eastern line closes up to 80m where there is a linear magnetic feature.
3 Regional traverse probably similar to the eastern line at Shackleton. Spacing along this line is a nominal 160m with possibly no drilling at the north end of the line.
4 Tests the central/NE end of a strong gravity feature that may extend to Crean where it becomes a coincident mag/grav anomaly.

80m spacing along two lines [note northern holes on both lines are 50-60m spaced...odd but checked distance]
Something has happened at a lot of previous sites. May be real or an artifact of Sentinel though the Luni area does not show the same changes.

Access upgraded to Joyce but no drilling yet. West end a little uncertain.
Might drill along these lines to see if there is carbonatite present and then expand depending on results.

Quick and dirty count of interpreted aircore holes this year. Very likely to be high though no idea by how much. Would hope only 10% but may be more.
100 holes sent to lab recently. Some 300 + pending with some of the announced holes possibly not having assays yet. Definitely the case for Emily as of 7/8. Collars provided but no assays yet for some.
Average of 80+-m per hole Crean/Em/Hurley/Green. Suspect this may be high for McIlroy and Shackleton/Caird West. Will see. Even so no change out of 30Kms very probable.
