Best time to buy a stock is when everyone on the thread is down in the dumps and negative. The Charting metrics tell me it's a screaming buy, just like MAN was two weeks ago, like MKG, BRN.
So, I'm in.
Not to mention that guy that sits in the top 20 who put this stock on his top stocks for 2021 ( the reason i created a Tolga watch list) and bought some today.
