Thanks for the reply. I finally completed my copper spreadsheet and after crunching numbers this is close to the top of my list. I'm currently doing a much deeper level of research on HAV, but from what I know so far there's a lot to like.

It seems my timing will be quite good since as far as I can tell (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong with these assumptions) is that now is a really good time to look at this since 20 years or so of hard work has already been done.

Pros:
- In ground value of over 100 billion in various metals
- Multiple projects which are economically viable on their own and therefore the company just needs to get one actually producing cash with which to use as capex to bring the others online and unlock that value.
- Great commodity diversification
- No-one seems to really have a bad opinion of management other than wishing they would close a deal
- Mutooroo grades are pretty good (kalkaroo a bit more meh but at the scale and with global copper grades declining not unworkable)
- Tons of landholding with which to do even more exploration
- Transcontinental railway
- Uranium upside, uranium hype starting up it seems

Cons
- Need to close a deal
- Current cash?

I'll likely have more to add the deeper I look into this but I like a fair bit here.
