ASX could open down on Monday, US was negative and most of the NSW covid issues only released after market close so a small sell off across the board will present opportunities.
When retailers (traders) get a sniff of near term pending results its generally buy prior and sell on the announcement, the cap raise has probably put the brakes on that as anyone with half a brain wouldn't be buying in the 6's or high 5's for that matter. I'm not sure how leaky the boat is with NWC but Friday's trade didn't really say results are coming on Monday or near term.
The 18+ metres of massive sulfides once confirmed hopefully high grade copper and less or the Zn & Pb would help turnover some of the 200m new shares recently issued.
