Keep in mind the reasonably hilly terrain will add time for rig moves, and also access roads and drilling pads will need to be prepared by construction crews for most holes (plus possibly land clearing). You can see the terrain is not exactly flat from the announcements where they took the surface samples (Q3/Q4 2016).
Yes it takes longer to drill 140m vs 100m but the difference will be marginal (measured in a few hours, if that). It's important to take your time when conducting coring as the formation needs to be captured as slowly and as 'continuously' as possible with very few breaks. This is why some patience is required.
The biggest influences on the variance between the hole drilling times will be the factors mentioned in the first paragraph.
