What do you mean 'first right'?
BHP have a smelter 'just up the road' and it makes commercial sense from lm8 and BHP standpoint to send the ore there for processing.
I don't know, but I doubt BHP would do this for free, but as for them having first right to the ore, would like to examine that further.
Could you point me in the right direction?
