One could surmise, that some ENR holders may have jumped across to WA1 yesterday, given the initial spike in the SP and then drift later in the day, when WA1 seemed to do the opposite.
IMO there was enough in the ENR announcement yesterday to suggest that a mineable discovery should present itself. They are getting a better handle on the geology and the August drill campaign is going to be intensely scrutinised. (If these results were from that campaign, I could see the SP coming under pressure).
I can also see the flipside that the results were not of the same ilk as the WA1 discovery and therefore some have moved on.
There is certainly a lot of expectation around the West Arunta region, however ENR have a number of irons in the fire (with the MC certainly reflects that at this stage). It will be interesting to see which is the catalyst for another re-rate of the SP.
