Economic primary Nb deposits can be large tonnage, low grade (typically < 1 wt.% Nb2O5) disseminated ore deposits.
Evaluation of any Nb deposit requires extensive definition drilling and detailed mineralogical studies. So much more work to do from here.
I can understand why you would go short. What is the likelihood of every single hole in this area being mineralised? Pretty low, considering currently, there are only three operating Nb-mines [Araxá and Catalão-II (Brazil) and St. Honoré (Canada)]
