With Andy wells sold to WGX for 15mil... That will clear DRM debt... Maybe have near 30mil in net cash by time of merger, SLR should add 15mil easily by then... So once merger is complete they could easily have over $150mil in cash.. There enterprize value will be around 300mil with 240,000oz a year, at gold price record high.... too cheap, lots of upside to come..
