to recap what MLS have with a MC of ~60mil and ~10mil cash.

- 3500m RC drilling done on Manindi should be completed and 1st half assay should be due soon.

- The Lac Rainy Nord graphite project which ranks as one of the highest-grade global graphite deposits, and is a JORC (2012) Resource of 13.3Mt at 11.5% TGC in the category of Indicated and Inferred for 1.529Mt of contained graphite, using a 5% TGC cut-off.

- Quebec Lithium projects - LAC LA MOTTE -> 1 km east of the SYA Authier lithium deposit
-> located less than 1.5km north-northwest of The Duval Lithium deposit .
- LAC LA CORNE
- LACOUCIERE-DARVEAU

- QUEBEC GOLD PROJECTS - The Eade Gold Project -> West Eade rock chip samples up to 11.45g/t Au,
-> East Eade rock chip samples up to 12.0g/t Au)
- The Pontois Gold Project -> an assay result of 7.3 g/t Au
- The Felicie Gold Project -> returned an assay result of 5.54g/t Au + 1.86% Cu + 4.94% Zn with a second rock sample returned over 10g/t Au

- The Sherlock Bay Extended project is a joint venture between ARH (70% interest) and Metals (30% interest). ARH are the managers of the project, with Metals being ‘free-carried.
