    NdPr is about $100,000 a tonne.
    What is most important is the ability of the mineral to be extracted from the host rock/clay
    Its shallow and there is plenty of it so thats a start

    Plus the copper prospects which are worth at least $5-10M including one that has never been looked at

    And lets not mention to trillions of dollars it is going to take to decarbonise including the $500B odd that is committed in the soon to pass Biden bill.
