Wasn't trying to trash it, just trying to provide a guide of what to look for and obviously only my opinion from similar experience. I don't hold IXR but I do hold ITM and that did start in a similar fashion.
Main focus was on other minerals, had some initial results similar to this, a bit closer to surface. But then with more exploration found better grades, thickness and depth.
The key though is the met testing, and proving you can actually separate the rare earths. IXR has done this (and is now $200m market cap), ITM has had some initial positive results but is waiting on more in depth results on new drilling (it is only a $35m market cap).
Anyway certainly will follow PTR and will have a closer look at some of there other projects.
