Hi,
The one who convert making additional margin.
The option holders who are selling at a discount giving the investors who buy the option and convert free money.
Buy MLSOB @ 1.3c exercise the options for 7c = 8c. At current share price of 9.1c is an additional gain of 0.8c
Buying 500,000 options for $6,500 paying $35,000 for exercise equals $41,500 for 500,000 shares worth $45,500.
$4,500 free money.
I have done it with a previous option. Made good money.
