Jimmy - you don't own any shares according to your disclosure so why bang on about dilution?
Anybody buying ESR after 19 September 2018 when the ESRO's were first issued, if they had done their research, would have known that on 27.6.2021 a couple of hundred million new shares may have been issued, depending on the SP so why do you say "more dilution coming, get ready"
CD, to his credit, has ensured the company will get the cash ($11m if you haven't noticed), regardless of the SP & the dilution promised back in 2018 will take place.
If s/holders didn't like the prospect of the possible dilution, they should never have bought the shares in the first place
