Not much more I can add to this announcement that hasn't already been said. But intersecting sulphides at depth was always a matter of when not if. Hopefully getting closer to pools of massive sulphides is what we want to see. To get an explosive SP we probably want to see something like 15-50m of this.
To be economic at depths greater than 400-500m that's really what needs to be intersected eventually or several layers of sulphides through out the depths.
That may take some more time and a bit of luck.
One thing that hasn't been mentioned Is drilling costs may have come down since previous programs. Recently in WA the retail price for Diesel is averaging around $1.20 in Perth however in previous programs it was up around the $1.50-$1.70 mark.
Considering a large portion of the drilling costs is centred around the cost of fuel, perhaps we are getting a better bang for our buck atm.
I'd also like to know what's going on with the metallurgical results in Canada, feels like we have waited quite a while to receive a report on this.
Also interested to know the upcoming plans for our Patterson's projects. Would be great to see an extensive initial aircore program with follow up RC drilling in the near future.
